This is an exceptionally nice arsenal quality Japanese Army officer’s sword and veteran bringback flag grouping. The blade is bright and free of damage or nicks, the handle is complete without any damage. The tassle has become separated at the knot. The sheath has its original leather carrying case, in very fine condition with few scuffs. The flag bears the names of the fellow service members of the veteran, whose exact details are lost to history. A sharp grouping that makes a great display. COA accompanies.
