This cufftitle was created for the 18th Waffen-SS Freiwillig SS Grenadier Division “Horst Wessel.” The division was founded in spring 1944 and composed mainly of Hungarian “volksdeutsche” volunteers. They fought rear area actions in Ukraine, and ultimately fought in Czechoslovakia where they were destroyed in 1945. COA accompanies.
