This Q64 M40 SS helmet, lot number 1725, is an absolutely untouched condition, hard service -used Waffen-SS combat helmet. It shows signs of whitewash remnants, the decal shows wear but is not purposefully damaged, the finish overall is fairly strong, but shows hard use for a long period of time. The liner and chinstrap are in good condition, showing service use, with slight age damage to the chinstrap. Overall a great example of an SS combat helmet that has that ‘right out of the woodwork’ appeal. COA accompanies.
