This is an outstanding 27″ Reichsbahn eagle, beautiful condition and mounted in the early postwar period. The rear markings show the GAL / MgSl metallurgy markings, as well as the mounting modifications to the posts (they can be screw mounted onto the wood plaque, the rear of which reads “AH Brandt, 29 Sept 1945.” A must have pageantry item for the collection.
