This is an interesting and sharp Luftwaffe M35 Helmet (Q62, #25442), repainted in a subduing grey finish, showing the shadows of the Luftwaffe Adler and national shield on each side. The liner is the 2-ply M31, not a reissue, and the interior is not reissue painted. The Gray outer coating is therefore a camouflaging finish, not a reissue finish. Inside the liner is the scamping to what looks to be “III (Bn), Regt. General Göring.” COA accompanies.
