Heavy Texture Camo Heer M40 Helmet, Possible KIA

$3,150.00

This is an interesting EF64 Single Decal M40. Heat lot appears to be #9848, with a dark grey rough texture (sand) finish — which along with the whitewash remnants– I consider to be a camouflage finish. -The owner’s name is written in the liner. The chinstrap is present but broken in the center – potentially cut as KIA, as it resembles a snip. A label affixed to the inner rear skirt shows the name of a village in France, Montviron ( 9km NW of Avranches Normandy- a collector informed me ), 1944. Great combat example, COA accompanies.
