Heer Woodchip Camouflage M40 Helmet, Jan Meland Published
$4,200.00
This is a very nice heavily camo’d M40 ET66, #5068, with full liner and strap and bears the names “Gefreiter Bergmann” and “E. Dahlhaus”. The helmet shows a lot of service use and patina, with a super thick camo finish consisting of at least two layers of heavy woodchip textured green-grey. This piece, from Hagesund Norway, comes from one of the most advanced camo collections in the world after Jan Meland, and was featured in Meland’s iconic “German WWII Helmets and Headgear”, a copy of which accompanies this purchase.
