***Helmet is sold, other items remain. This is an incredible, investment grade SS Relic grouping from one of the most famous 1944 battlefields. The dig-up pictures from several years ago showed this group of items being dug and cleaned off with water. The ET 64 M35 helmet (SOLD) is just in incredible shape with all the parts intact, but shows paint corrosion to the side areas and rear, from being buried for 7-plus decades. The ET pattern decals are incredible and really stand out. Along with it though are the soldier’s dog tag half, a potato masher, and the plate from a motorcycle from the same bunker area. An incredible grouping that was purchased immediately after recovery by the current collector, who is now ready to let this go to another collection. COA accompanies.
