Service Used M40 Polizei Helmet

This is a sharp M40 Police, Q64 #T3278. The helmet overall shows service use and some age wear to the liner, but all components are original and untouched. The paint shows signs of having had some sort of blackening finish on it that has been removed. The decals were not covered, just the paint. I cannot say for sure when this happened, but there is no “skinning” of the paint that would indicate recently done. Still a sharp helmet, priced accordingly. COA with appropriate caveats accompanies.
