This is a nice condition ET66 Luftwaffe M35 helmet from the Ron Wolin Collection, featuring the parade finish LW blue-grey finish and a 1938 dated liner. The paint is in excellent condition with a few minor scuffs and features a fine example of the droop tail Luftwaffe eagle and national shield. The eagle shows a very small area of old touch-up under close scrutiny. This was to cover up evidently a minor scuff on the eagle, at the neck feathers and left wing feathers near the body–mainly undetectable, but must be mentioned. The party shield is unmolested, original and nice. The liner is in exceptional condition and is well marked, bearing a stamping to a flak school. Overall a strong example in a nice collectible size.
