This is a very sharp example of a southern front camo M40, Q64, (heat lot #indistinguishable). The helmet features a near full retention of the dark tan camo, showing the ghost of the LW adler underneath. The top of the shell shows a shrapnel penetration, and examination of the dome reveals the partially present liner (full circumference), with blood stained edges remaining–hence the possible KIA notion. The overall condition is as it was when brought back, with no neglect or damage, leaving a stunning example for the camo collection. COA accompanies.
