This is a fine vaulted example of the World War I German Iron cross first class. It comes with its original case, which has 3 tape repairs, But is otherwise in sound condition. The box is marked LDO. The cross retains all of its black finish, shows minimal patina and has a high degree of the bright finish to the rear. It is unmarked example, ready for the imperial display.
