This interesting cuff title was worn by the Danish Germanic pro-nazi formation called the Schalburg Korps. Section 1 of this infamous unit wore this cuff title on black uniforms, with Danish national socialist insignia and Germanic Sunwheel collar tab. Schalburg was formed in 1943, under the leadership of Knud Børge Martinsen. Members fought on the Eastern front with the Waffen-SS, as well as conducted anti resistance operations within their own country. A very unique and rare artifact of a very infamous unit.
