Gold Tank Destruction Strip, Rare Cello-Made

This strip is a beautiful example of a later war gold tank destruction strip (awarded for 5 singlehanded tank kills), made out of cello material. This type of ersatz material was used in fine insignia from general officer’s rank insignia, to other types of piping that required gold color. The strip is in beautiful condition, showing the hallmarks of originality, front and back. A fine piece for the collection. COA accompanies.
