Sharp Heer double decal helmet by NS size 62, batch number E.66. Helmet features thick rough texture, painted around both Adler and National Colors decal. The helmet shows a dark pattern running across middle of helmet indicating some type of band was used, likely as aiding in camo use. The helmet is complete with original untouched liner and chinstrap- and features a Pionier unit designation marking “ 2./Pi.41” giving good historical background of the helmet’s history. A nice early unit-marked helmet for your consideration. COA accompanies.
