Luftwaffe M35 Camouflage Helmet by SE

As camo helmets go, monochrome examples tend to be overlooked. But this one is definitely a head-turner. It consists of a reissue M35 Luftwaffe, SE64 (heat lot number invisible), that has been overpainted in a thick grey vehicle paint, heavily textured with dirt / mud. This creates a camouflage resembling a stone. The M40 style reissue liner and chinstrap are complete and show light service wear, commensurate to the light wear of the helmet. Pins are untouched intact. Period videos often show helmets camouflaged in this manner for street fighting. Same videos show LW troops participating in street fighting in Warsaw and other cities during the Eastward drive. A great helmet, with battlefield appeal. COA accompanies.
