This is a stunning M35 SD Heer chicken wire helmet ET64, #4705. The wire is a heavier gauge (Italy?), with fine wear, patina, and interaction with the helmet finish, indicating it has been in actual service use. The twist of the wire conforms exactly with other original examples as well. The full, toned Heer shield has some abrasions possibly from the application of the wire. The liner shows heavy service use and all components are unaltered original. Overall a great wire example for the camo collection. There are names in the liner and the skirt near the heat lot number. COA accompanies.
