M40 Medic Battle Damage helmet relic recovered from Eastern Front. Unknown maker, size 62. Well preserved white painted Medic helmet featuring catastrophic battle damage which can be indicative of KIA unless helmet was not worn at time of concussion. Helmet comes from a lifetime collection of relics acquired over many years. The extreme nature of the fierce fighting in the Eastern Front makes this an interesting example to add to the collection. COA accompanies.
