This is a huge NS M40, size 68, heat lot #6076. It features a double ply liner band indicating earlier M40 production. All pins are undisturbed and flat. The adler is the NS pattern, and the factory finish is the typical NS schiefergrau. Atop the factory finish is a heavy texture dark grey-black (schwarzgrau) camouflage finish. Overall the helmet is in very good to excellent condition, showing very light service wear. An extra large addition to the camo-collection! COA accompanies.
