WWII 101st Airborne Division “Ike Jacket”
$400.00
From a very advanced WWII airborne collection, this Ike jacket is an excellent example. The rank is of a tech Sgt. of Glider Infantry (likely 327th), showing three combat bars signifying 18 months in combat. There are 4 campaign stars along with his CIB and Glider wings. He also has the French foraget (cord) on the right shoulder, and the presidential unit citation ribbon. Finally, the “ruptured duck,” symbolizing his discharge. This Ike is a great piece that would top off a nice 101st Div. display. COA accompanies.
