This excellent army officer’s schiffchen is made from fine wool felt. It’s a nice early quality, perfectly badged, has the grayish- purple rayon lining size-marked 59. On the half sweat band is embossed “EREL”, signifying the main producer of this cap, not a contractor. Overall great condition, with very minor signs of service use and age.
