The cap features the oilcloth RZM tag under the leatherette sweatband, rzm stamp on visor, black silk lining, and full sweat shield with nametag to a Medical officer. The body of the cap is a beautiful quality wool-felt, with lindesamt sweatband and white piping. The insignia are tombak, the skull being Deschler.
