This a beautiful, private purchase early pre-RZM Allgemeine-SS NCO’s visor cap, featuring a first pattern “Danziger” skull and political style SS eagle. The visor is composed of excellent quality black wool, with leather sweatband, showing some repair along the rear edge. Its light cream-colored silk lining has full sweat shield and contract maker’s mark. The visor shows the early low-profile look, typical of the earlier mid-30s era. Overall a handsome visor that will make a fine addition to the SS headgear collection. COA accompanies.
