Stunning, Rare SS-Pz Div Totenkopf Panzerjacke

This wrap comes from an advanced European collection and is a stunning example of the late 1942/early 1943 SS tanker’s apparel. The tunic is in overall excellent condition, with a small hole in the right armpit area. The Totenkopf tab and Rottenführer rank insignia are untouched matching moleskin, and are the TK and rank tab pattern that are most visible in period photos. The sleeve eagle is factory machine sewn and has the Rottenführer rank chevrons below. Never had a cufftitle, which is common practice for Totenkopf combat garments. The lining is the grey-black cotton, with proper buckram at the shoulders. The manufacturer’s code “627” is above the size markings in the left breast flap. This is a super classic wrap, with excellent provenance and wonderful look. Great for the SS-Panzer display, COA accompanies.
