This is a perfectly mint, unissued example of an oak leaf pattern Waffen-SS reversible camouflage helmet cover. No tears, blemishes or damage. Clips fully intact– correct later steel clips, with correct peen on the studs. Stitching conforms to World War 2 characteristics. The beauty of this cover are the spring sleeves, which are formed from scraps of plane tree pattern camouflage- a telltale mark of originality. Fits a size 62 helmet.
